grilled marinated chicken adobo.

i marinated some of the chicken thighs in adobo sauce. now there are several versions, but the one i used is the basic soy sauce and vinegar recipe. i slowly grilled these on both sides, in low heat, for about an hour. i like the skin crispy so i rendered the fat without over-cooking. on the rest of the chicken thighs i used store-bought bottled hickory barbecue sauce.
