i love oloves.

oloves was generous enough to send me three different flavours to try. packaged in fresh-pack pouches, with very little liquid. easy to carry, easy to open.

the tasty mediterranean with basil and garlic has a soft and subtle flavour. the lemony lover with lemon and garlic has enough tang, and i love the pieces of lemon rind. the hot chili mama with habanero chili is my favourite, and i’ve already finished what was to be my secret stash. my only complaint is it was not hot or spicy enough for its name.

after munching on these olives, tasting each delicious flavour i still had plenty left over so i decided to make use of them for far more than just a stand-alone snack.

i blended all three flavours and made a tapenade and a cream cheese, chive, and olive spread.
